Manufacturing is one of the leading drivers of personal income in the Granite State; but even in a down economy, companies complain about a lack of skilled workers to hire.
Chancellor Bonnie Newman of the Community College System is ready to use a $20 million dollar grant to retrain workers for better jobs in manufacturing and fill that gap.
She spoke with Morning Edition Host Rick Ganley.
